About
I am currently researching on the right to health litigation in Colombia and in Global south countries. I am interested in understanding the impact of neoliberal reform of developing countries' health sectors and on the global rise of right to health litigation during the same period. I am also interested in revisiting the theory of "public services" as a way to rekindle the concept of socioeconomic rights.
